DayZ Server Log Reader by iZurvive

You can upload your DayZ Server Logs here and view logged events on the map.

How do I get server logs

The log file is named server_exe_name.ADM and it is created in the profiles folder, specified by the -profiles launch parameter.

If you are renting servers (e.g. for console servers), you should be able to download the log files from your server hoster's website.

My server does not create a logfile

To enable the logging, server must run with the launch parameter -adminlog

For console servers, make sure that you have logging enabled in your server settings.

Which events are displayed?

Only events, that are tied to a specific location are displayed.
The Filter lists all event type, you can also show/hide them on the map here by type.

Why do I not see any hits by infected? Some of the logging can be filtered in serverDZ.cfg depending on the server owner's needs.
adminLogPlayerHitsOnly = 1; // log player hits only (no infected/animal hits)
For more information, see the official documentation

Why do I not see any basebuilding events? Some of the logging can be filtered in serverDZ.cfg depending on the server owner's needs.
adminLogBuildActions = 1;	// log basebuilding actions ( build, dismantle, destroy, ... )
For more information, see the official documentation

Why do I not see any placement events? Some of the logging can be filtered in serverDZ.cfg depending on the server owner's needs.
adminLogPlacement = 1;	// log placement ( traps, tents, ... )
